Free fit call
30 minutes. We confirm this is a genuine fit, agree whether we meet in person or by video call, and start identifying candidate workflows together, either from what you describe live or information you send beforehand.
Days 1-2
The working session
Minimum 90 minutes. From the candidates identified, we map one to two of your highest-friction workflows in detail, in your own tools. Session length depends on how much groundwork is already in place, ninety minutes is the floor, not the average.
Days 3-9
The build
We build a live working demonstration proving one of the mapped opportunities in practice.
Day 10
Demonstration and handover
You see the demonstration running. You receive the ranked opportunity list with time and dollar impact for each, and a scoped, fixed-price roadmap for the next build, where the production version gets built and handed over.
